About Us
BeCause Society (BCS) is a not-for-profit organization founded on April 17, 2023 by Christy Sofia Lam, in Lancaster County, PA, with the goals of increasing health literacy and health care access locally and globally. BCS promotes fair opportunities for everyone to attain his or her highest level of health through education, and primary prevention. By focusing on primary prevention and health education, BCS helps to improve the health and well-being of all people.
